How does HRSoftwareFinder work?

Your guide Casey will take you through your HR tech requirements, and within a short time a shortlist of the three best-rated vendors will pop into your mailbox

How are the vendor products rated?

Our ratings are based primarily on functions and features, weighted for importance using our decades of experience with helping clients select HR tech. We are currently looking at additional ratings to give more dimension.

Do you have preferences for some vendors over others?

No, all you will see are the products that more closely match your requirements

How many products do you have in the selection list?

Currently we have over 80 products rated, with others being added all the time.

What types of HR software can I find here?

Right now we have vendors who offer core HR, payroll, time & attendance, recruitment (ATS) and learning & development. We shall be adding other categories including Wellness and Legal in due course.

Are the products global?

We feature products that serve most parts of the Globe. Your territory preferences will be taken down in Casey’s selection panel.

I have over 20,000 employees. Do your products include the large ERP vendors?

No, we currently do not feature Oracle, SAP or Workday. But you should be aware that there are other HR software products that are scalable and currently have clients of that size.

We only have 5 employees – is there software here for us?

Certainly. Quite a number of vendors specialise in products for smaller employers.

I only want payroll. Will I find that here?

Yes, there are vendors who offer standalone products as well as integrated ones.

How do you make money from this?

We have partnership agreements with our vendors, and no vendor is favoured more than another.

Can I get prices for the software products?

We don’t show prices as there are various business models. Some charge per employee, others by licence and so on. Software itself is not particularly costly, but project costs can vary greatly depending on level of complexity required and ‘state of readiness’ of the client.

Your business case will have identified the necessity for software, and the primary mover should be finding the right solution.

Do you use product reviews?

No. We have found in the past that many reviews are subjective and can depend on reasons the software was sourced, which version was used on and how it was configured and rolled out. If the software did not work as anticipated there can be many causes, including the fact that the software product may not have been the correct choice when selected.

What happens to my data?

As shown in the terms and conditions, your short-listed vendors are advised of your details in order to contact you. Once those details have been passed across, your data is then deleted from our records.
